SunYou Precision Technology was founded in 1996 and was previously known as SunYou Engineering Works. They provide engineering and tool-making companies with precision wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) services. They have also worked in this field before and have built our company on high-quality work and service.
Molds, Punches, Dies, Plastic molds, Templates and Gauges, Jigs, Cams, Electrodes, Retainers, Gears, Tools, and individual custom parts are all produced using wire EDM. Cutting is possible with hardened tool steels, carbon steels, aluminum, copper, bronze, super alloys, molybdenum, titanium, and even tungsten carbide. Accuracy of more than 5 microns and surface finish of fewer than 2 microns are possible.
